| i think decisions are a crucial part of life. i really have been thinking about the decisions i've made in the past. but not about how those decisions have brought me to where i am. but about how my decisions affected the people i surrounded myself with; it is rare to think about how the decisions i made affect the people around me. it is quite abstract to know that your choices in life can affect the outcome of other peoples' futures as well. im not talking about how your decisions would affect your child or your parents or your sibling, but your acquaintances and friends and even strangers you encounter throughout the day. like would my decision to not go to class help someone in that class do better bc im a distraction to people or maybe not going to class prevented me from making a great impact on someone's life? or would making the right decision for myself result in something utterly bad for someone else? i wouldn't say its interesting to think about these things because its one of those things you'll never know for sure. kinda weird i just thought of this and felt like making a note of it. |
